Search Tip: Use and with your keywords to help narrow your search. Example: tax and
reform. Without the word and the search engine interprets "tax reform" as "tax" or "reform".

Query Language

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

tax reform

finds documents containing 'tax' or 'reform'

tax or reform

same as above

tax and reform

finds documents containing both 'tax' and 'reform'

tax not reform

finds documents containing 'tax' but not 'reform'

(tax not reform) and money

finds documents containing 'money', plus 'tax' but not 'reform'

tax*

finds documents containing words starting with 'tax'
